As you step out into the garden, you breathe a sigh of relief. The last few    
hours have been an unwelcome fluster of helping Martha to prepare for arrival  
of her horticultural club friends. Now, you can snatch back a few minutes of   
welcome rest before the gang of ancients in their turtleneck sweaters invade

Front path                                                                     
You are standing on the front path, to the east of your cottage. The path runs 
from the door behind you to the old wrought-iron gate which leads out into the
